Cultivating Purpose and Passion
Purposefulness. What does it (really) mean for you, your mentee, and your business?
The reality of work demands a different approach. An other way of connecting with yourself, your colleagues, your mentees and your business.
Team members quietly quitting is a challenge that many businesses face. Some individuals feel stuck as if they are going nowhere, wondering what the point of it is. The purpose is linked to our gifts, passions, and values.
Join us to explore how mentors can guide a meaningful conversation around purpose and passion for leading the way. Ultimately, inspire those we lead to see the vision of where the business is going and that they too are making an impact.

During my career, I have experienced the powerful effect of mentoring first-hand. A few of my CMC highlights are my involvement in a blue-chip multinational organisation’s mentorship programme. My focus was on the training for the mentors and the follow-up conversation to monitor the impact of these mentoring relationships. Another highlight with the South African community was the involvement with the mentees to prepare them for the mentorship programme ahead.
