  I have been a full-time professional coach since August 2017 working towards empowering leaders and managers to embrace the future with confidence, whilst ensuring sustainable performance and balance. Prior to my full-time coaching career, I gained 25 years of corporate management experience as a General Manager and Marketing professional in the consumer goods industry, including 15 years at an executive level within multi-national companies across Sub-Saharan Africa.
