I have been a full-time professional coach since August 2017 working towards empowering leaders and managers to embrace the future with confidence, whilst ensuring sustainable performance and balance. Prior to my full-time coaching career, I gained 25 years of corporate management experience as a General Manager and Marketing professional in the consumer goods industry, including 15 years at an executive level within multi-national companies across Sub-Saharan Africa. During my corporate career I have experienced and facilitated change management which stimulated my desire to empower people to get “fit for the future.” Therefore, my coaching aims to develop leadership competencies and behaviours like self-efficacy, motivation, relationship management and performance management. Organisations that I have worked in as an executive and leadership coach include: British American Tobacco, Distell, Remgro, Deloitte, Maersk, Safmarine, Sea Harvest, Oceana, Cape Union Mart, Allan Gray, Sun International, New Crest Mining (Ivory Coast), Namaqua Wines, Topshell and the University of Stellenbosch Medical Faculty.
