Bio
Niel Steinman is a specialist consultant and registered industrial Psychologist, who has spent more than 25 years studying mentoring, coaching and leadership development. In 1999 he founded People’s Dynamic Development, a management consultancy that utilises African analogies to develop people and organisations to increase performance capacity significantly.
In addition to his consulting work, Niel has a passion for nature and is a keen conservationist, with a special interest in lions. His close interaction with lions led him to author his first book, Fundamentals for Effective Mentoring: Raising Giant Killers, which shares a powerful metaphor and case for sustainable mentoring relationships. The book received international recognition and endorsements from the renowned leadership consultant, Dr. Ken Blanchard.
Furthermore, Niel’s contributions to notable South African and international companies have resulted in him being recognised and respected for his ground-breaking work in the social sector, including education, healthcare, faith-based organisations, entrepreneurial ventures and non-profit organisations. He is also a regular speaker at local and international conferences.
